Wolf Appliance Review

Wolf Logo

Wolf appliances are like the cream of the crop when it comes to high-end, quality appliances. They are also the makers of “Sub-Zero” refrigerators. Wolf and Sub-Zero products are made by hand and not on an assembly line. Wolf appliances not only offer quality, but the best technology for cooking and preserving food as well as one of the best warranties for appliances available.

Appliances available for purchase are Wolf ranges and Wolf stoves, Wolf microwaves, Wolf grills, Wolf ovens, and Wolf cooktops.

Wolf Features

To cover every feature for every appliance would be almost a week's worth of reading, so instead I'll be general. Generally speaking, these are high-end appliances. You will not find Wolf products in Lowe's or Home Depot. They will be in specialty showroom stores only. I say all this to say that these hand-crafted appliances come with every feature you COULDN'T imagine in an appliance. So if you're a gadget freak, no need to fear. A Wolf appliance will have you covered.

Wolf Quality

Again, these are hand-crafted appliances. Quality generally doesn't come as high as this. Their level of quality is shown also through their warranties which we will get to next. Their appliances are made mostly in steel with all the newest advances in technology to ensure the finest quality of food preparation and preservation. Food will taste better and last longer in a Wolf or Sub-Zero appliance.

Wolf Warranty

Wolf appliances come with a full “bumper to bumper” 2 year warranty. They also come with a 5 year limited warranty on certain parts such as blower motors, stainless briquette trays, gas valves, electronic control boards, etc. Finally Wolf offers a limited lifetime warranty on certain parts as well. Wolf Appliance Prices

You get what you pay for and you won't find a $400 range or cooktop from Wolf.

Questions to consider when making a purchase such as appliances are: - "How long do I plan to live here?" - "How long do I expect to keep the appliance."

This will determine how much to spend. If you know you're only going to live in your home 3-5 years and don't intend to take the appliances with you, why buy a Wolf? You wouldn't get much out of your lifetime warranty.

If you plan on staying there 8 years or at least taking the appliances with you when you move; then purchasing a Wolf would save you in the long-run. You won't have to spend as much money on repairs due to the warranty, and the energy efficiency they offer will cut utility bills. Also, food will last longer reducing the grocery bill.
